–Definition and Theory
Derived from The Dutch word landschap meaning "region, tract of land”.
The
first recorded use of landscape was in 1598, as a painters' term when Dutch
artists were pioneering the landscape genre.
It was used in the artistic sense by the
English to describe "a picture depicting scenery on land."
–Photographer Research Stephen Shore
Stephen Shore is an American photographer known for his images of bland and boring scenes in America. He is also known for his pioneering use of colour in photography and in 2010 received Honorary Fellowship from The Royal Photographic Society.

Information from Wikipideia.
Shore's images are busy but not in the conventional sense of there being a lot of people but it an architectural sense as there are a lot of buildings. This makes his style obvious as his landscape photography is urban based and more about the man made landscapes. There is a feel of repetition with his composition as his shots are on the bends of junctions and he often uses the rule of thirds.
I will try and incorporate Shore's composition into my work and I will also take inspiration from how busy his photos are.
